- 12:15 / 18:15: Introduction to the menu and spice preferences. Staff will confirm dietary needs and any adjustments such as low-spice preparation or allergen exclusions.
- 12:30 / 18:30: Service begins with a fresh salad followed by hot Indian bread and rice. Two vegetable mains and a comforting dhal are served family-style or plated individually, accompanied by raita and four condiments for customization.
- 13:15 / 19:15: Dessert course is presented, with time to relax and enjoy conversation. Bottled water is provided throughout service.
